I’m just south of you in Plano and I see the same thing around here.
The Sam’s Club on Ohio might as well be in India. Across the street at the home depot there is no fewer than 4 Indian restaurants in front of it. In Frisco the Lebanon and Preston area is also little Mumbai. Been in Big D off and on for 17 years. My favorite spot is East Dallas Whiterock lake area that’s still real Dallas so is the M streets area. don’t see many invaders in those area’s the prices are high enough to keep out the cheap JoB types.
