If only CA had more Judges like Benitez and Cormac. So much of the damage done by the left has been through activist judges in our high courts.

A person does not need to be armed for self protection. Simply dial the emergency number and a cop will be there in a matter of several minutes. In the meantime, just dodge the perp’s bullets or barricade yourself in your home armed with a kitchen knife or baseball bat.

The lunatics in Maryland passed a similar law this year. It suffered the same fate when a judge who understand the Constitution overturned it.

The ban would apply whether the person has a permit to carry a concealed weapon or not. Bewhahahaah...In CA most venues you have to be a celebrity, judge, lawyer, politician or business owner to obtain a CCW permit.
How dare those corrupt AH's in CA get to pick and choose who will be allowed to defend and protect themselves.
