At least 16 other states currently have pending legal challenges to Mr. Trump’s eligibility for office under the 14th Amendment, according to a database maintained by Lawfare, a nonpartisan site dedicated to national security issues. The lawsuits argue that he is barred because he engaged in an insurrection with his actions surrounding the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.
Four of these lawsuits — in Michigan, Oregon, New Jersey and Wisconsin — have been filed in state courts. Eleven lawsuits — in Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming — have been filed in federal district courts.
Cases in two of these states, Arizona and Michigan, were initially dismissed by a lower court but have been appealed. Another challenge has also been made in Maine.

Anyone who returned his ballot without indicating for Assad was immediately deemed disloyal, or worse. Anyone not exercising his "right to vote" by going to the poll was also deemed disloyal...or worse. Assuring a stream of elections with 100% ballots for that single candidate gave the administration's henchman something to do (i.e. keep them well exercised).
Thus, the next stage is as a litmus test for fealty to the Party-approved candidate. Disloyal subjects were harassed, beaten, or sometimes...worse. Don't expect to attain or keep a good job if you're deemed disloyal. Don't expect your family members will marry into a loyal family or get any other break anywhere down the line.
Unless something is done, this is what's coming to a theater near you.

Say worse comes to worse and the domestic enemies succeed in getting him off the ballots in several states, can voters still write him in and if so would they even be counted or thrown out?

Out of everything the domestic enemies did, the collusion hoax infuriates me like nothing else! And what drives me even more nuts is NOBODY is held accountable for it!! They KNEW it was all BS, it was all Kabuki theater for the media. And for WHAT? Because a creature with cankles refused to campaign and take responsibility when she lost.
Meanwhile they cost taxpayers millions, they destroyed lives, bankrupted innocent people, divided the nation, harmed foreign relations, and above all hindered a sitting POTUS from doing his job even though Trump did a tremendous job considering, but imagine the job he COULD have done.
This went beyond questioning an election, it was an attempted coup and a direct assault on the constitution and this nation which is why I will always consider them domestic enemies, and incredibly they are STILL allowed to harm the country!
The Supreme Court had better squash this quickly or it’s going to metastasize into full-blown leftist fascism.

In all seriousness, the deep state/establishment think they can kick Trump off the primary ballots, split the MAGA vote between DeSantis and Vivek, and hand some Rino (i.e. Nikki Haley) the GOP nomination.
I hope Trump “appoints” Candace Owens as his “successor” if the elites remove him from the primaries. They would be *begging* to have Trump back lol...
