The left knows that the cases against Trump wont happen til 2025 and if Trump wins, he will pardon himself..so this is their plan B, they pretty much know these cases against Trump will go no where, the Supreme Court will say that Trump can’t be charged and that will be the end of the Jack Smith case..so instead they want to remove Trump from every single ballot all across the US so there is zero chance he would win..I have said it once and I will say it over and over again, the Dems will NEVER EVER cease power EVER..they have the White House now and they wont give it up to anyone, only to perhaps Haley since she is Biden with a dress but no one else

They’re gonna keep running into technical issues.
Because technically, the people don’t elect Trump. The Electors do. The people elect the electors. So it will technically be the electors for Trump on the ballot.
That is true, I’m sad to say.
That’s right.
Here is what it is.
They know Trump is going to win. The eGOP knows, the Democrats know, they can’t cheat harder than they did in 2020 and it not be noticed. So, without due process, they have unilaterally decided to remove him from ballots to keep people from voting for Trump. eGOP supports, the DNC supports, and the ‘fix’ is in depriving citizens of a chance to decide their own destiny.
The SCOTUS missed the opportunity with the original jurisdiction case to support voter integrity and clean elections. Now, the people voice via the state legislatures and election laws have been neglected, the elites are deciding who we get to vote for.
Perhaps they need to change the requirements for POTUS to:
1. Natural Born Citizen
2. Resided in the US for 14 years.
3. Over age 35
and
4. Whomever the political pundits of the moment say you can vote for......
by modern standards, California Lt. Governor Eleni Kounalakis is guilty of inciting insurrection by election fraud (no trial needed).
SCOTUS needs to expedite reviewing and putting down Colorado’s decision; it needs to put an end to this lunacy!!

What I don’t understand about all this is that Pres. Trump’s name isn’t actually on the ballot. His name actually represents a slate of electors. What is actually on the ballot(s) are the ELECTORS!
We are voting for Electors, the electors vote for the president. How can the courts deny people the right to run for the federal office of elector?
Is there a lawyer here who can explain this to me?
