The Colorado Supreme Court just proved that none of those three circumstances are required for their decision-making process.

In the Colorado state court about six weeks ago. The appeal from that is what was before the Colorado Supreme Court.

Not saying the trial was legitimate, just that there was one. Without a jury. Before one judge who ruled that Trump committed insurrection (ironically though refused to remove Trump from the ballot).
