It’s about time DeSantis issued a statement.

Unfortunately it’s a weak one.

Vivek outplayed him once again.

Even so, all of the GOP nominees need to end their campaigns and support Trump 100% now.

Colorado has just made Trump even more popular.

He’s the only path forward.— Paul A. Szypula 🇺🇸 (@Bubblebathgirl) December 19, 2023

It is normal not to mention your opponent’s name. Standard operating procedure.

Which candidate, Ron?

Say his name https://t.co/gV3dFPAWeb— Jack Poso 🇺🇸 (@JackPosobiec) December 19, 2023

Everyone is noticing DeSantis can't say Trump's name. Cruz tried playing this game in 2016. Pathetic.

DeSantis also refused to utter Trump’s name when issuing his weak, long-delayed criticism of the Mar-A-Lago raid. Team DeSantis, such a pathetic farce.

"Don’t hide behind the keywords."

Just emulating their "leader". At least until the donor money runs out.
Not to worry though, the "Nikki is our savior" posts will show up.

RDS hasn’t yet run out of ways to blow his political future clear to hell.

Trump voter here but I don’t see anything wrong with his statement. Is he supposed to campaign for Trump?

When this election season started, I would have voted for Trump, or DeSantis. At this point it’s Trump or stay home.

We conservatives love a cirucular firing squad, attacking each other and then wondering why we lose general elections. if Trump loses just 4% of DeSantis voters , Trump loses. Stop -or we will lose again in 2024

I agree. I love DeSantis. I love Trump. DeSantis is my #1 choice. Trump is my #2 choice. If we lose in 2024, so be it. But let’s be united.

"It is normal not to mention your opponent’s name. Standard operating procedure."

He manages to speak Trump's name when he wants to complain about him, or denigrate him: "Trump is high risk, low reward," "Trump will declare Iowa Caucuses Stolen if he loses." DeSantis on Trump’s 2020 claims: ‘Of course he lost’. DeSantis warns voters that Trump will ‘sell you out’, etc.

Pres. Trump can use denigrating names when referring to Gov. DeSantis and other challengers, but DeSantis can’t leave out the president’s name when addressing a far-reaching attack, on not just Trump, but also on America. Making it only about one man is short-sighted. Everyone should understand that this won’t be the only time a non-leftist presidential candidate will be facing outright collusion between courts and the DNC.

Fat Chris has no problem mentioning Trump’s name. Vivek doesn’t have that problem either.

Nothing normal about Ron.

America is not a democracy, America is a republic. It’s official, look it up.
The 14th Amendment was specific to the Civil War in the 1860s. SCOTUS would have to rewrite the amendment to make it fit today’s politics.
And then there’s the J6 terminology of “insurrection” that’s been rammed down our throats by the compliant fake news media.
There were no guns or weapons, so it would be unique in all of human history to describe the January 6th peaceful protest as an “insurrection”.
Additionally, President Trump asked the crowd to move PEACEFULLY, which absolutely underlines the fact that it was a peaceful protest, and that he did NOT in fact incite the crowd to rebellion.
SCOTUS would have to blindly accept the false premise pushed by the lying media in order to uphold the Colorado Court’s definition.
If SCOTUS upholds this court ruling it will completely destroy their legitimacy, probably for all time.
