I saw the roll call and that was my initial count.....there were abstentions too.
It passed 83-11, with 6 “not voting.” 4 Republicans and 2 Democrats didn’t vote.
So of 49 Republican senators, 4 didn’t vote and 11 voted nay. I think I was one off....34 voted aye.
No media reports yet wonder why they love to jump on things like that .
