No. Texas is the only one, because everyone relied on the Federal one... which Arizona found out they weren’t allowed to enforce.

You know that. Yes I know that but apparently you don't understand they don't need a bill to act and I gave examples. You seem to live in a world where you think everyone obeys the law, surprise, surprise they don't. Do you think all the elections laws were followed in the elections in 2020 or 2022?
