Your other source is a Telegram channel calling itself “Kremlin Insider” (same guy?) offering all kinds of weird “insights” this person appears to have made up in his own head but which feeds the fantasies of a certain audience. (Remember that guy calling himself “Washington Insider” who claimed to have call this insider info on Obama that was like a dream come true to Conservatives, but he turned out to be a total fake?)
