@nytimes doctored what Hunter said, leaving out the “key word.”
NYT: “Let me state as clearly as I can:
My father was not involved in my business.”
Correction
Hunter: “Let me state as clearly as I can:
My father was not *financially* involved in my business.”
Snakes. So obvious too
This is another verbose puzzle-article. Try to find what the Times’ alteration to the quote is. I found it:
Hunter said, “My father was not financially involved in my business.”
The Times removed the “financially” in their quote.
The article only says the removal is “intriguing” without explaining why.
Another example of the Clinton’s legacy. Having to parse every sentence so that they can claim it was truthful

“I am here,” Mr. Biden said. “Let me state as clearly as I can: My father was not financially involved in my business — not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my investments at home nor abroad and certainly not as an artist.”
...
A correction was made on Dec. 13, 2023: An earlier version of this article misquoted Hunter Biden. He said, “My father was not financially involved in my business,” not, “My father was not involved in my business.”
NYT: “Let me state as clearly as I can: My father was not involved in my business.”
Hunter: “Let me state as clearly as I can: My father was not *financially* involved in my business.”
They now say MAGA like it’s a pejorative. We should always remind them it stands for Make America Great Again. Let them know that if they are an enemy of America, they are YOUR enemy. Treat them accordingly.
