Indians consider themselves to be Asians, as does the rest of the world outside of the US. He's talking about other Indians, and it's certainly true that Indians are not under-represented in tech.

I don’t believe that. I highly doubt he means his own people when he says that. I’ve known too many East Indians and how they do things to believe that he actually means any level of fairness to other groups, races and demographics outside his own.
