How would that change anything? Federal employees don’t vote for or against any of this! You could conscript and send all the federal employees but without changing Congress it wouldn’t matter. Congress would be happy to send others! They think it’s great that you’ve never read the Constitution and don’t know how such decisions are made. The suffer very little for their decisions. What is it a 98% reelection rate. My Congresscritter is great it’s those other bastards is the common attitude.

The subject is one of satire...a jest. No One really expects such a thing to really happen. But one does hold a great deal of animosity toward those who live in and around the DC area.. Sometimes a cheap shot at the liberal elites feels good to the soul, and sometimes a little truth oozes out... :)
