That is, unfortunately, becoming all too common.
I think there are two reasons for this gouging: (1) The voracious bastards are hungry, but their hunger is too great to be sated; (2) They want to drive as many people as possible into multi-family bee hives.
I live in a rural remote very conservative area in a county that has one county commissioner who’s a damn Democrat and been in office over 20 years, before I got here. We’re working to get rid of the ass and put in 5 part time commissioners. I think that’s finally on the ballot next year.
