Not sure about the CIA role but the FIB and DOJ absolutely made sure the steal was protected, any exposure was crushed and ridiculed through media surrogates.
Look up the term “color revolution” and then think about what happened in 2020 and you will see the CIA’s fingers all over this mess we are in.
If any agency is involved with skullduggery against the American people, it's the CIA.
They constantly circumvent laws against domestic spying by getting one of the other "Five Eyes" to do it for them.
