I guess this is how they can get biden to be safe from prosecution after his term is over...Not just biden but a whole slew of others too. Basically what this smith clown is asking SCOTUS to do is render a guilty verdict for Trump for all accused crimes without a trial! SCOTUS should tell the idiot to go pound salt....
