This was one of many sites where units could draw equipment rather than wait for it to be shipped. Annual REFORGER exercise utilized pre-positioned equipment.

There is no way she would be up to facing that challenge.
My guess is that there was a lot of equipment that wasn’t operable for the latest Reforger exercise, but it took a number of months to complete the after-action report.
