CNN announced it would host an upcoming debate for Republican candidates at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire on January 21 with one glaring issue: the school did not appear to know about such an event.
New Hampshire Republican Party chairman Chris Ager was similarly perplexed, telling the New York Times that the announcement left him scratching his head. He also claimed that CNN still has not contacted him.
The RNC announced Friday it would pause its participation in future 2024 GOP primary debates, at least for now.

They know how to deal with mean nasty democrats in debate. Stare at the floor, shuffle your feet mumble some unintelligible inanities, say nothing memorable and certainly nothing mean which would be memborable if you did it, bide your time and when the ordeal is over hed for the bar.
When Repbulicans do it to you, however, you have no idea how to deal with it. Well, I mean, you still head to the bar, but really....

Two NH debates - one the traditional ABC version, and a new CNN debate just days after.

In a startling move, CBS/Disney+ has decided to reimagine the 2024 Republican Primary Debates with a series of animated roleplaying policy discussions instead of real actors as in the previously broadcast debates in this election.
A spokes-furry reported that CBS/Disney/Fox/CNN/CNBC/PBS are all actually are the same organization sharing funding from the same multinational billionaires so consoliding their efforts to stop Trump makes sense and also offers an opportunity for fun and creativity, such as Minny Mouse playing the role of Gov Desantis (Fl), Ursula from the little mermaid as Gov Christie, Cruella Deville as Liz Cheney with TinkerBell moderating.
