I suspect that Fetterman’s episodes of clarity are due to disinhibition as a result of the stroke and knowing that he cannot run for reelection.
I will take a wait and see approach attitude. I live in Pa. and i am not happy with our electrine, but if he becomes a Romney for the Democrats ,I’m with Fetterman.
