Ukraine is corrupt and Russia is more corrupt. Or it’s a tie - whatever.

But it was the corrupt Ukrainians who bought off DC ‘elites’ and expected American treasure for their small investment. (Millions of dollars to DC thug democrats and Billions in return is a bridge too far).
