Indicted on serious charges that make him give up the old man?
Or indicted on bogus charges that he can walk away from and let the uniparty / media sweep everything under the rug?

Yep.
It’s “under investigation” now so no questions will be answered.
The investigation probably will take years.

From CNN via Twitter: “The exact nature of the charges couldn’t immediately be learned because court documents have not been made public.”
Probably littering as a teenager, or something along those lines.

Congress can force his testimony by giving him immunity. If he lies he’ll have perjury added to his sentence and they’ll probably get The Big Guy anyway. If he doesn’t lie then they’ll get The Big Guy based on his testimony. Oh wait… nevermind.

The investigation probably will take years. Only until the statute of limitations expires.

If the pubs can stall long enough for them to lose one more house member, the majority will go back to the dems in 2024 and the whole Biden thing goes bye-bye. Good work guys!
To: navysealdad
Yes, ... and I predict there will be no real charges in the end. Remember he is a liberal so he has a get-out free card.

They offered him a sweet-heart plea deal that would have gone through, had an honest Judge not thoroughly done her job. Hard to believe anything they charge him with will end with any actual punishment.
