There are several political groups that make a practice of only hiring their own kind. Communists/socialists/Marxists, homosexuals, etc will always at the very least top load organizations with like minded people precisely because these groups seek to conquer and destroy.
Eventually these people find their way into positions of authority and they very quickly drive out anyone who doesn’t sign on to their groupthink.
This is why such diverse organizations as AMA and AARP are now full blown doctrinaire Marxists. Not to mention almost every journalist endeavor, university, government agency, and Hollywood. They are drawn to power and influence.
