They cannot announce a deployment of troops and then claim they could not come to congress for a declaration of war or letter of authorization because it was an unforeseen emergency.
Without a declaration, treaty, authorization, or congressional act making ukraine a key ally, then I will not support any administration’s foreign war wishes.
