It was not Chicago, it was Oak Brook, a very wealthy suburb that is in the next county west (DuPage). DuPage will actually arrest and put their criminals on trial, but thanks to Governor Fatass’s Safety (for criminals) Act, the judges have no way to hold these illegal alien turds in jail until trial. Illinois has essentially outlawed bail.
