No, unfortunately Trump will not manage to do anything within 24 hours.
I think he said “24h” as a metaphor for a “short time”.
I truly think he will be tough on Russia, simply based on his toughness of the past against Russia. But evidently he can’t say anything right now. He must keep it top secret till he is elected.
I also remember when Trump leveled a Syrian military base / airport with 60 Tomahawk missiles after Assad had gassed scores of civilians. Tucker was dead mad at Trump for that... Tucker was wrong, but Trump was right.
And it shows that Trump doesn’t like injustice being done. He is ready to intervene when that occurs.
