“Dictatorship” and “free speech” issues ONLY apply to GOVERNMENT, not private enterprise or individuals. While government is SEVERELY LIMITED by the Constitution, private enterprise or individuals are free from constitutional restraints. Private enterprise can dictate to their employees and individuals can dictate to themselves whatever they want.
But in America, our Free Constitutional Republic SEVERELY LIMITS the bounds of government which is NOT ALLOWED to be dictatorial although the totalitarian Biden/Obama administration ignores that.

Any such prosecutions would be decried as retribution - paybacks. But it would be nothing of the sort. Investigating and punishing the Biden bribery and money laundering schemes is something for which overwhelming evidence exists. It’s not fabricating something from wholecloth just because they are a ‘political enemy’.
It’s what Trump was trying to accomplish in the ‘impeachable’ phone call with Zelenskyy - obtain evidence to expose a crime, not to beat Joe Biden. At the time of the call, Joe Biden was not the nominee, he was a potential candidate. And one who the debates would subsequently show to be a very weak one that the Dems had to pull on crooked strings to eventually shove him to the front.
If Trump gets in and there’s a purge that puts people in jail, it’s for wrongdoing, not political payback.
