I have not read that they lost their license license, only that they may.

The license should definitely be pulled. This is the way to stop this mess.

I don’t think so, but the linked consent order allows for summary suspension for a violation, and revocation for a second violation. We can confidently predict there will be no violations, because losing the liquor license is a death penalty. And it will make other venues very afraid and compliant with the law
