I am guessing the Fox News Legal Dept stepped in on this one after their Dominion settlement.
I didn’t hear what Trump said, but just saying it was “rigged” is pretty generic and vague. It was rigged in many ways that have nothing to do with the voting machines.
Yea, he should have said it was rigged by Russia then he would be on solid legal ground. Hopefully the sarcasm is coming through.
