You know why this is so much BS? For 400 billion dollars we could probably buy every bit of land that the Russians now occupy. Just hire a guy with a Seersucker suit, gold capped tooth, mirror sunglasses and a alligator skin briefcase go around buying up houses, farms and businesses.
