None of these countries can resist the idea of a proxy war. It’s literally in their DNA. They will ALL reverse course should Israel get the job 90% done or upon ANY mass-casualty event affecting Hamas. One by one, sure go ahead and pick them off.
Another unknown is how the Saudis, for example, would react to a targeted hit in Qatar by the Mossad. There’s no way they can be neutral about such a possibility.
The problem is that Hamas is not a proxy for the Arabs. Hamas gets its funding from the European and North American international left, and military assistance from Iran.
