Short answer, yes. Longer answer, the fact that Arab nations have not collectively condemned Israel is clearest signal sent that every nation in the Middle East except Iran and Qatar wants Hamas eliminated.
This is not out of altruism or shock over the October 7 massacre. It is self preservation. Hamas and Iranian back proxies are a threat to other Arab states as much or more than they are to Israel. Eliminating Hamas is one less threat to everyone.
This is another fact the MSM is not commenting on at all. One would think that Arab condemnation of Israel would be louder than that on American college campuses.
