What part of Musk being worth about $250B don’t these morons get?!

If I were Musk, I’d turn X into a non-profit. He’d make more on the tax write offs than by selling ads to these jerks.

Not going to happen. One reason that Musk bought Twitter is for the AI and database. He renamed it X to roll it into a combined XAI corporation. He brought in Tesla engineers to rework the engineering, and let go of 75 percent of the Twitter staff.

The latest talk is that he is talking to the Tesla board to get them to combine assets of Tesla with XAI. Musk owns X and XAI outright, and a large portion of Tesla. Tesla engineers, servers and AI software were used to redo Twitter/X, so Tesla was already invested in Twitter/X. Talk is that Tesla may invest $10 to $50 billion into X, and Tesla shareholders will be issued stock in XAI. Tesla is not a car company, it is an AI tech company. Same goes for X.com, it is not just a social media site, it is an AI tech company.

Their competition are Microsoft and Google with their AI aspirations. If you recall, Musk helped set up OpenAI as a non-profit, but Microsoft jumped in and altered it to a non-profit closed system some 4 years later in 2019. There is a war going on between Microsoft, Google, and now XAI, to become the AI leader of the world. X will not become a non-profit as it seeks to counter Microsoft and Google.
