Two aircraft carriers cannot enforce a No Fly Zone over Israel without a full US-Israeli war, and probably not even then. Israel has submarines and nukes and are likely much more competent than the US military.
You may be right. But, it will be a demonstration of how serious the US takes ‘peace’ in the Middle East. I wouldn’t doubt US assistance to Israel’s enemies to make a protracted liberation effort of Judea and Samaria a more difficult task.
