It just strikes me odd that Fauci, being described as the most hated man in the US and most likely the world hasn’t experienced a tragic hunting accident yet.

Because he is. Fauci is a protected hero to the left. He did more than anyone to cultivate the narrative that aids is everyone’s disease and not a gay/IV drug users disease when it was exactly that.
He certainly has been untouchable so far. Perhaps he’ll get a raise in salary or will have to hide in Argentina like Dr. Mengele did.
