MANCHESTER, N.H. — Vivek Ramaswamy’s national political director is leaving his campaign this week to join former President Donald Trump’s re-election effort.
Brian Swensen was a member of Ramaswamy’s New Hampshire team, playing an active part in the campaign’s efforts across the state. He was also planning a trip to Nevada in the upcoming weeks to check on the campaign’s efforts there.
The news was first reported by The Messenger.
A person familiar with the matter tells NBC News that Swenson exited the campaign on good terms.
Mike Biundo, a partner with the consulting firm Ascent Strategic Group who once served as presidential campaign manager for Rick Santorum, joined the Ramaswamy campaign about a month ago as national senior adviser and is now taking the lead in New Hampshire, according to a Ramaswamy aide.
“We wish him the best in his career,” the aide added regarding Swensen.

NOTHING I CAN SEE.
A MOLE???
Vivek is going down!
He can help Trump find the best spot for Vivek in Trump 2.0.
Whoa ho, look at that.
I wouldn’t trust that guy any farther than I can throw a Buick. Trump should at least demand to hold his immediate family hostage in an undisclosed location as a guarantee of good behavior.
“He can help Trump find the best spot for Vivek in Trump 2.0.”
Like in Mumbai.
I like Vivek though.
So his political director politically directed well, and you are the proof.
Vivek doesn’t need a political director. Just put him in front of a TV camera...
DON’T TRUST HIM!!!
DON’T TRUST HIM!!!
who Ramsey or the guy the story is about?
Brian Swenson.....and it’s RAMASWAMY.....NOT Ramsey.
People here have varied takes on Vivek. Barring an act of G*d (which is NOT the same as an act of Brandon) dang few here expect anyone other than Trump to be the GOP nominee. Some think Vivek is running for VP under Trump although not all agree and some question his eligibility for either slot. My opinion of what’s “de jure” regarding the “de facto” debate over the meaning of the “Natural born” clause is that the debate deserves to be ended by SCOTUS with a well written option by Clarence Thomas explaining what and why whatever the real intent and meaning of that clause. Then live with that. But Vivek, eligible or not for POTUS/VPOTUS clearly is qualified for a different position under Trump. What would folks think of him as Press Secretary. He might not take it, but boy would he be an improvement over the diversity queen holding the job now.
No argument here...!
