I got lucky in that regard.

My daughter went away to college at 16 and didn’t get a driver’s license until she was 18. She only came home for about 2 weeks in the summer the rest of time she traveled. I had a discussion with my insurance agent and said there was no reason for her to be on my policy that she should be considered a guest since she was not living there. State Farm conceded my point so that I never had to put her on the policy. She lived in urban areas with mass transit until she was about 24 when she bought her first car

Well, gee...that’s too bad. Might it be why most sensible people don’t want to go to Denver any more? Some years ago, I used to have to go there for training, but thankfully, those days are gone. If I NEVER set foot there again, it would be soon enough.
