Israel is getting played right now. It’s very disconcerting to observe.
I’m wondering if Israel needed a truce to reload/replenish. If they did, I’m sure they wouldn’t advertise it’s the reason they agreed to the truce.
They want the hostages returned. I am glad to see many of them are still alive and have been or will be released.
Will Israel be coerced into standing down after all the hostages are returned? Only time will tell. Seems every reasonable nation has agreed Hamas cannot stay in power. So how it shakes out remains to be seen.
