I'm surprised that the state of New York has not gotten around to taxing all those menstrual periods. Just think of all the revenue to be gained by taxing women...er, "menstruating persons", monthly from about age of 12 to 52.

That's roughly 480 taxable events that the state is missing out on.

At least it cannot be deemed sexist since it is only taxing an activity, regardless of sex or gender.

Has NY outlawed higher auto insurance premiums for 16-25 yearolds assigned male at birth yet?
