Netanyahu pledged not to target Hamas leaders in Qatar, thus going back on his pledge to kill all of Hamas. From those seeds Bibi leaves behind, a new and more virulent Hamas will arise.

Man passes by Hamas leader in streets of Qatar. Trips and hand makes contact with his chest. He apologizes and moves on, disappears around a corner. Leader gets heart attack and dies.
