Minnesota had him in solitary confinement for his own protection. Then he is transferred to Fed prison in Tucson, released into the general populus, and becomes an instant pin cushion. His 21 year sentence was ridiculous to begin with and now this. Someone needs to be fired and someone needs to be sued.
