He should be Prime Minister as he has the most seats but no one will likely partner with him to make this happen.

Stupid system....

They're (Euro globalists) trying to head it off:

A Step Closer to Euro-Federalism?

"The European Parliament adopted a report on Wednesday, November 22nd that seeks to amend the treaties of the European Union, liquidating member states’ veto rights, and giving more power to EU institutions. The resolution was accepted by 291 votes, with 274 MEPs voting against it, and 44 abstaining. The vote itself shows how divisive the issue is, and member states don’t seem keen on change either.

As we reported, conservative MEPs called the proposals an attempt “to hijack Europe,” and to create “a dystopian superstate that degrades member countries to the status of regions.”"

The Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, and Argentina are suddenly in the grips of “ eccentric, inflammatory, dangerous, right-wing extremists “.

The criminal, socialist media can’t create enough adjectives to warn the proletariat.

You are correct. Most of the 113 seats he didn’t win were won by globalist leftists . We don’t know how it will end up.

Useless article as it does not tell us how many they need for a majority.

23.6% is no where near a election mandate. They did get 37 seats which is about halfway to a majority.

Party for Freedom PVV Geert Wilders 23.6 37 20
GroenLinks–PvdA GL/PvdA Frans Timmermans 15.5 25 8
People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy VVD Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius 15.2 24 −10
New Social Contract NSC Pieter Omtzigt 12.8 20 New
Democrats 66 D66 Rob Jetten 6.2 9 −15
Farmer–Citizen Movement BBB Caroline van der Plas 4.7 7 6
Christian Democratic Appeal CDA Henri Bontenbal 3.3 5 −10
Socialist Party SP Lilian Marijnissen 3.1 5 −4
DENK DENK Stephan van Baarle 2.3 3 0
Forum for Democracy FvD Thierry Baudet 2.2 3 −5
Party for the Animals PvdD Esther Ouwehand 2.2 3 −3
Reformed Political Party SGP Chris Stoffer 2.1 3 0
Christian Union CU Mirjam Bikker 2 3 −2
Volt Netherlands Volt Laurens Dassen 1.7 2 −1
JA21 JA21 Joost Eerdmans 0.7 1 −2

This appears to be the conservative coalition with exactly have the votes needed.

Party for Freedom 37
People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy 24
Farmer–Citizen Movement 7
Forum for Democracy 3
Reformed Political Party 3
JA21 1
75
