I find it kinda intereting that Democrat presidents seem to always spend holidays at the home of some very wealthy supporter. Carter, Clinton, Sparklefarts & now Buyme.
Republicans going back to at least Reagan spend holidays at their homes.
There has got to be a lesson there.
During the Reagan years some members of the media were critical of how much time Reagan spent at his ranch.
He was allegedly spending too much time on vacation.
I think the rules are different for Democrats. If a Democrat is President ,then we are told the president is in touch 24/7 with his staff and members of his cabinet. So then he is always available to take that 3:00 a.m. phone call about a crisis.
Yes. And they always get a free pass from the press.
