I wager the game will be something like --

1) allow Ukrainian elections for president,

2) when any other candidate announces, Z then says he won't run for office again, and before the election actually happens, and

3) he slips away to live somewhere in some comfort ( UK or US “safe haven” ) because of all those death threats, even those from the “hard right” in Ukraine.

And, voilà , like the previous presidents of Ukraine....
