I’ll carefully state the obvious: Social Security and Medicare are generational rip-offs and ponzi schemes enforced at gunpoint by our fascist government. Together they make up more than half of federal expenditures; we must end them if we are to avoid governmental and societal collapse.

I agree. It should be phased out after a careful education for the younger folks who will one day retire without it. SS was supposed to be a safety net, but has become a retirement plan.
