Since the J6 Committee knew about this footage, and suppressed it, denying it to Matthew Perna’s defense attorney, can’t they be held criminally liable for his death?
I doubt they would have a decent jury if the venue was DC. My guess is they were counting on DC injustice. Maybe his family could sue elsewhere. But it's not just the J6 committee.
