I don't think we'll hear anything today about Jimmie Gardner, BIL of Stacie Abrams, husband of US District Court Judge Leslie Abrams-Gardener, and a "youth motivational speaker."
Jimmie Gardener was arrested early Friday morning in Tampa and charged with felony human trafficking for commercial activity (victim less than 18), lewd or lascivious touching of a minor 16-17 years of age, and battery.
Saturday, Gardner was released on $500,000 bond Saturday evening. His wife, Judge Leslie Gardner-Abrams was present during the Saturday morning hearing.
Jimmie Gardner, who grew up Baptist, found Islam while in prison. Gardner was previously exonerated for the 1987 sexual assault of two women, according to officials who said it was a wrongful conviction.
