I fear for my country.
I do not know either, but I do know getting their discharge changed to honorable will make getting future employment easier. This offer is probably at least 18 months too late for the military to get much from it though, the people they are making the offer to have already found new employment. This is one of the issues in the civilian world with layoffs, there is always some percentage of those layedoff who will not be back because they found other employment that they believe is better.
Thus the question is how many of those they are trying to get to return have they burned bridges so badly they will not consider returning on any terms, and for those who will consider returning what does a better offer look like?
Who wouldn’t take trumps vaccine! He is still raving about his successes in covid. Locking us down was amazing and he saved billions.
