The disconnect is due to the fact that most if not all of the growth has come in the public sector. People just don’t consider government spending to be as valuable as money in the pocket.
Oh that’s a keeper
I’m grabbing that one
I work at a nonprofit that sends out information and donation requests. The number of seniors in their 80’s and 90’s that can no longer make ends meet that I hear about in the return envelopes is absolutely heartbreaking. And yet hear nothing about this in the news.
Groceries are up. But certainly not that much.
OMG you’re being sarcastic RIGHT?? Groceries are completely out of control where the hell are you shopping to see such a little difference in prices??
I tend to shop specials and tailor my menu to them. I just bought an 18 count carton of eggs for 1.99. A gallon of milk for 2.50. 80% lean hamburger for 2.99/lb. 1.79 for Preggo. A buck for the pasta. .99 a lb for drum sticks. 2.50 for Cherio’s I will say that cleaning/household supplies are more expensive.
How dare you stop me from making you miserable and destitute
Lol, you eat Prego.
