The military was a wreck after the Vietnam war with Jimma Carta at the helm. Ronnie got it back into perfect order during his first term.
But I must admit what the current DC mob has done to the military makes Carter’s neglect of the military look like child’s play.
If Trump by some odd chance does get elected, and if he cleans house at the Pentagon and all the other agencies, and has GOP support, he can do it. But that’s quite a tall order.
I have a feeling there are enough good officers and NCO’s in the military to make it happen, provided the leftists are run out the door. It may require bringing back to active duty quite a number of loyal officers and NCO’s to help out.
