That was my thought. Horrible assumption.
Yeah, but cynicism is no longer possible.
I kept re-calibrating my cynicism up to match the times and the mechanism finally broke.
Now, no matter how dour my view of the world is, the next day’s news makes me look hopelessly naive.
I realized right after I posted you probably didn’t mean my assumption.
I think my last post still stands though. :)
