The domestic baby parts operation I've been aware of for years - too bad the general public isn't as much. It's a racketeering operation making big profit off the deaths of the most vulnerable among us. The foreign activities are a bit murky, harder to determine what is accurate, real or not since various regimes and competing factions each accuse others of atrocities for political or economic advantage.
